The Equipped to Lead Podcast exists to help men become who God has called them to be.

Hosted by Corey Couture, and often joined by Pastor Josh Chambers, this podcast is built for Christian men who want more than shallow encouragement. We want truth. We want brotherhood. We want conviction. We want to grow into men who lead well at home, at church, at work, and in the everyday places God has called us.

Our mission is simple:

To equip men to lead with strength, serve with humility, and love like Christ.

This podcast was created because many men are carrying responsibility but lacking discipleship. We are leading families, working jobs, fighting temptation, trying to stay faithful, and often doing it without strong biblical brotherhood around us.

We believe men do not need another voice telling us to chase worldly success, build our own kingdom, or define manhood by culture’s standards.

We need the Word of God.

We need Christ-centered truth.

We need other men who will sharpen us, challenge us, and remind us that biblical manhood is not passive, prideful, soft, or self-serving.

It is watchful.

It is strong.

It is humble.

It is sacrificial.

It is rooted in Christ.

The heartbeat of the Equipped to Lead Podcast comes from 1 Corinthians 16:13-14

“Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.”

That passage has shaped the foundation of this show, including our opening series on biblical manhood and God’s design for men. The episode planner describes the podcast’s purpose as equipping men to “lead with strength, serve with humility, and love like Christ,” with a focus on faith, family, leadership, and brotherhood.

Each episode is designed to be practical, biblical, and direct.

We talk about real issues men face: marriage, fatherhood, work, purity, anger, burnout, leadership, prayer, brotherhood, spiritual warfare, stewardship, and finishing strong. The 2026 episode plan walks through themes like biblical identity, leading at home, spiritual discipline, brotherhood, character under pressure, work and calling, leadership, finances, marriage, and legacy.

This is not a podcast for men who want to pretend everything is fine.

This is for men who are willing to be honest before God.

Men who know we need grace.

Men who want to fight sin.

Men who want to love our wives well.

Men who want to lead our children faithfully.

Men who want to work with purpose.

Men who want to stand firm when life hits hard.

Men who want to grow.

Around here, we believe biblical manhood is not just something we talk about.

It is something we live.

So whether we are walking through Scripture, answering honest questions, sharing practical encouragement, or calling men back to faithfulness, the goal is always the same:

To become men who lead with strength, serve with humility, and love like Christ.

Welcome to the Equipped to Lead Podcast.

Be strong. Lead well.
